Technological developments have not only made our lives
easier, but have also offered us very effective alternative treatments for
facial rejuvenation. I follow these with interest, and I will tell you about
Morpheus 8 and QUANTUM RF, which are non-surgical facial tightening procedures
that I love to do and trust in their results.
In fact, Morpheus 8 and QUANTUM RF are two different uses of
the same device and both are quite effective in terms of their results.
While Morpheus 8 is a special microneedling method, QUANTUM
RF is a very powerful and special single-session treatment used in tightening
and treating sagging.
While I can perform these two treatments separately,
sometimes I can achieve stronger results by combining these two treatments on
the same patient.
Morpheus 8 is a radiofrequency microneedling method used in
the revitalization of the face, in the treatment of fine wrinkles, acne scars,
large pores and similar skin problems.
Quantum RF, on the other hand, is a very effective,
non-surgical facial rejuvenation treatment that I frequently perform on
patients who do not want facial rejuvenation surgery or whose facial area is
not yet mature for a facelift, especially on those with moderate sagging
problems on their face, neck and chin.
And yes, I can say that QUANTUM RF is one of the most
effective device applications in facial rejuvenation in the world. These
treatments are very new, in other words, the technology used is groundbreaking
in this regard.
We achieve excellent results especially in the 30-60 age
group.
So what are Morpheus 8 and Quantum RF?
It is a radiofrequency micro needling for face and body tightening treatment that provides successful results in problems
such as loss of elasticity, sagging or regional fat accumulation in the lower
face, neck, chin, abdomen, arms and inner legs of the person. As I said,
Morpheus 8 and QUANTUM RF treatments are two separate areas of use where the
same device uses radiofrequency energies at different strengths and depths.
Morpheus 8 affects more superficially, while QUANTUM RF
affects more deeply, and QUANTUM RF is a single session treatment.
The micro-needling method used in the Morpheus 8 treatment;
When applied in sessions, it affects the deep layers of your skin (dermal
layer) and fatty tissue. It stimulates collagen and elastin, which provide
firmness in your skin, 5 times more strongly, allowing us to get great results.
QUANTUM RF treatment is a SINGLE SESSION procedure that both
melts excess fat tissue and tightens the skin in areas such as the lower face,
neck and chin, where sagging and tightening are the main problems.
Who are Morpheus 8 and Quantum RF suitable for?
As I said, women and men between 30-60 fat, especially those
showing signs of aging on the entire face (Morpheus 8), lower face and chin,
and neck, which I will list below, are ideal candidates.

Most of the time, I recommend facial rejuvenation surgeries
that are effective for years to patients with the above complaints, but
sometimes my patients may not want to have surgery or I do not find them mature
enough for a facial rejuvenation surgery yet.
The most effective solution to the problem then is; 3-6
sessions of Morpheus 8 microneedling procedure for superficial problems on our
entire face and neck, or a single 45-minute session of QUANTUM RF
radiofrequency system procedure to the lower face, neck and chin for deep
problems. Or I can recommend a combination of these two treatments.
How do Morpheus 8 and Quantum RF work?
When Morpheus 8 micro needles enter under your skin, they
heat the collagen bed here to 68-69 degrees and keep this temperature in that
layer under control for certain periods of time, the effectiveness occurs as a
result of this temperature and needling.
In Quantum RF, the head is a small cannula and this cannula
melts the fat in the area where it is applied (lower face-jowl-neck) and at the
same time heats the collagen bed to 68-69 degrees and keeps this temperature in
that layer under control for certain periods of time. In this way, both
thinning from fat and skin tightening are achieved.
While doing this, a small sensor placed on the head of the
needle measures the temperature of the collagen layer ten times per second and
ensures that the heat is transferred to the collagen bed in a controlled
manner. In this way, the process is carried to a safe and effective point. Morpheus
8 and Quantum RF device have two heads. The first head (Morpheus head-micro
needle) heats the collagen bed while the other head (Quantum RF head) goes
deeper into the fatty layer and helps melt the fatty tissue with controlled
heating and tighten our skin.
In patients with full, large lower face and neck, this
procedure not only tightens the face but also thins it.
In short, the face becomes thinner, more revitalized and a
healthy aesthetic appearance is achieved. Then, recovery is achieved by quickly
returning to normal life.
What is the Process Before Treatment?
We have preparation procedures before the procedure. We
provide you with all the instructions and follow up on this issue. Before the
procedure, aspirin, painkillers or herbal products that have blood thinning
properties are stopped.
Let’s come to the details of Morpheus 8 and Quantum RF
procedure:
The procedure can be performed under local anesthesia or
light sedation. Morpheus 8 and Quantum RF radio frequency microneedling
successfully works on sagging areas on the face, lower face, chin and neck
area, and cellulite on the inner thighs, hips and buttocks, and loosening
problems inside the arms. The QUANTUM RF procedure of this procedure is a
single session and takes approximately 45 minutes. I recommend Morpheus 8
microneedling to my patients in 4 sessions.
What Happens After the Procedure?
You can return to your social life after the Morpheus 8
procedure, there may be a slight redness on your face. But don’t worry, it will
pass in a few hours.
After the QUANTUM RF procedure, we rest you a little in the
clinic. Small edemas may occur. This is very normal. Ice application helps to
reduce these edemas and swellings rapidly. Especially in sensitive skin, there
may be temporary edema in the chin and lower face area for a few days, we can
recommend a face corset for this. Don’t worry, this is very natural. A week
later, a special care is applied to you in the clinic as part of this
application and you can completely return to your social life. The results
start and are seen from the 2nd-4th week. I host you in my clinic on the 8th
week and take your pictures. And now we are ready to compare the results.
How long does its effectiveness last?
While observing the effectiveness of QUANTUM RF from your
2nd month onwards, you should know that the deep effectiveness continues under
your skin. In other words, the procedure gets a little stronger over time. You
