In VOX’s spring issue, you’ll find my astrological
interpretations for the months of March, April, and May 2025. This spring of
2025 is quite significant: eclipses, planetary sign changes, planetary
clusters, and tense aspects… As you probably know, I usually focus on one
particular celestial movement. This time, though, what caught my eye is Venus’s
long journey through Aries.
In fact, Venus entered Aries in February. However, it will
start its retrograde motion on March 2 and continue this retrograde in Pisces
starting March 27. Venus finishes its retrograde on April 15, then moves
forward and reenters Aries on April 30.
Venus is associated with relationships, balance, harmony,
standards, receiving, material concerns, and sexuality. Aries, on the other
hand, relates to initiating, speed, action, purity, naturalness, life force,
and sexuality. We see that Venus will stay in Aries for quite a while. Putting
these two elements together quite easily reveals the overall meaning.
First of all, keep in mind that these indicators will
manifest differently for everyone. Still, we can offer some general examples
for this period.
While Venus is in Aries, feelings are never filtered; what’s
on our mind simply spills out of our mouth. If we want something, we lose no
time and take immediate action. We never resort to beating around the bush. If
it’s a matter of work, for example, we jump right in. If it’s about love, we
quickly make a move to bring that person into our life. Meanwhile, we should
remember that Mars, the ruler of Aries, is moving through Leo. Mars, too,
represents drive and action. Leo relates to childlike joy, love, and romance.
All these indicators call to mind “love at first sight,” don’t they? When it
comes to relationships, of course, logic will be set aside during this period.
Getting carried away by the excitement of the moment will be the easiest thing
for us because, so to speak, our impulses will run the show. Consequently,
“love bombing,” so often seen in today’s relationships, will peak during this
period. It could be that a road embarked upon in the heat of infatuation
quickly leads nowhere once the flame of love flickers out.
Not everyone will experience the Venus-in-Aries transit as
“love is in the air.” Existing relationships may also see breakups. While the
situation may differ, the overarching theme remains the same: these breakups
will likely bypass any logical filter, happening impulsively and suddenly. Each
person will be expecting their “love fire” to be fed, and if it isn’t, they’ll
be quick to burn bridges. Whether you’re starting or ending a relationship,
it’s best to remain sensible in order to avoid heartbreak in the end.
Venus in Aries also indicates impulsive spending. Just as
the situations vary but the theme stays the same, this means spending will be
impulsive as well. Our potential for shopping based on momentary gratification
goes up—expensive clothes, tech items, travel, or adrenaline-fueled activities.
This tendency to act on a whim could disrupt our budget. So, as we shop, it’s a
good idea to keep asking ourselves, “Do I really need this?”
My advice for this period: keep your excitement and passion
alive, but don’t let go of caution. Because any action or beginning founded on
solid ground will contain that vital spark of life, ensuring it can last for a
long time.
Still, remember that celestial bodies merely act as tools
that let us observe our lives. Never forget that you hold the power to
shape your destiny!
ARIES
March: You may want to just go with the flow and
avoid taking responsibility—even neglecting your health. But that’s not a good
idea. Issues related to your daily routine and any health problems may become
clearer. Even if it’s against your instincts, you must take action and have the
courage to make new beginnings.
April: Through a friend’s introduction, you may meet
someone. This could potentially lead to a partnership or a romantic
relationship; however, you might want to keep it under wraps. Unexpectedly, you
might realize the value of one of your talents and start earning an income from
it.
May: You may make impulsive, unplanned expenditures
on your children or on activities you enjoy. If a sudden investment opportunity
appears, be sure to approach it with caution—consult someone knowledgeable. You
might start a new course or get involved in a business relationship with
different cultures.
TAURUS
March: A problem with your children that’s out of
your control could resurface—be it an illness or a persistent habit. Instead of
trying to handle it all yourself, you should consider seeking professional
help. Watch out for accidents and injuries. You might find yourself in a
situation where you need to isolate.
April: Relationships within the group you’re part
of—whether for work or socially—may affect you in some way. For instance, you
might meet new people, receive a job offer, or miss out on social life because
of a heavy workload. You’ll also have a tendency to put off health-related
matters.
May: You could learn a secret about your
relationships thanks to a male figure in your family, prompting you either to
remove someone from your life or to establish a new balance. You might have
opportunities to create entirely new sources of income.
GEMINI
March: An unexpected offer may come your way. Your
family may not understand your inclination to change careers, leaving you torn
between career and home life. Both you and your family might feel anxious about
these new beginnings. Success will come from controlled action rather
than inaction.
April: If you’re currently flirting with more than
one person, it’s time to resolve that situation. Either choose one person to
continue with or end things with both. You may feel the need to rest, want to
go on vacation, or find yourself tempted by secret relationships.
May: This is a favorable period to distance yourself
from self-destructive habits. You might start exercising or reorganize your
diet. Perhaps you’ll opt for surgery on your nose or ears, try a new skincare
routine, or undergo minor cosmetic procedures. Trying a new hairstyle could
also be on the agenda.
CANCER
March: You might regularly travel short distances
because of a promotion or a new job. You may shift to working from home. You
may feel forced to choose between your fears and your career. A new course of
study could catch your interest.
April: Ongoing conflicts between mother and father,
or between your own thoughts and emotions, or even between family and career
could leave you more anxious and withdrawn. This, in turn, could diminish your
enthusiasm for educational pursuits. You may set a new goal or join a brand-new
team.
May: You could become a parent and experience the
joys of raising a child. Financial limitations may hinder your ability to enjoy
life or showcase your talents, causing frustration. Be sure to rest your mind.
Focusing on reading and learning something new will help.
LEO
March: The inability to maintain a steady income is
one of your biggest challenges. The solution lies in stepping outside your
comfort zone and pursuing a new experience. Of course, your anxieties might
wear on you, but it’s better to take controlled action than remain
stuck.
April: You should re-examine the issues in your close
relationships. Is the real problem your dependency on others? Perhaps you need
to revisit your boundaries. Professional connections could help you secure a
new, enduring career.
May: A difficult family matter may force you to step
up and take action. Remember that success often comes through overcoming
challenges. You might devise new plans and projects, form a group, and assume
its leadership.
VIRGO
March: You might choose to address what you see as
your personal shortcomings, reaching out to the necessary people for help. This
is a period in which you can more easily benefit from other people’s resources.
You may end up taking on debt with a structured repayment plan.
April: An unforeseen medical procedure might become
necessary, causing imbalance in your finances due to health-related expenses. A
partnership could lead to borrowing money. You may begin a new course to
develop your abilities. Marriage might lead you to move to another city or even
another country.
May: You may remove someone from your circle, or
possibly they remove themselves for reasons unknown. Short trips are possible,
and you might experience a brief vacation romance. You could gain a new title
at work or in your social environment. Marriage could be on the horizon, or you
may take a step toward writing professionally.
LIBRA
March: You may notice an issue repeating itself,
beyond your control, regarding new relationships you’ve started. This situation
could strain you psychologically and dampen your courage to pursue new
beginnings. A family member or your own anxieties might prevent you from
entering a relationship.
April: You might decide to undergo an operation to
fix an asymmetry in your appearance resulting from a health problem. You could
easily borrow money or benefit from your spouse’s income. There’s also a strong
chance you’ll win a lawsuit you weren’t expecting to win.
May: You may find a new area to invest in, start
earning a salary, or see progress in matters of inheritance or alimony. You
might begin a language course with a group of friends or travel abroad. There’s
a possibility of marrying someone from another country. The education you
receive at this time could help guide your career path.
SCORPIO
March: You may start a new job, bidding farewell to
your old workplace and friends. You could change departments at work or move to
a new team. Because of your busy schedule and new beginnings at work, you might
want to sideline any issues in your personal relationships—though doing so
could lead to bigger upheavals later on.
April: You might want to keep a new relationship
under wraps. You could go on vacation with your partner or child. You might
spend time in the hospital to address a health problem. If you have a romantic
involvement, it could develop into something more serious. You may enter a
partnership or begin receiving financial advice.
May: You may realize that whatever has been stopping
you from shining or advancing in your career is entirely related to yourself
and the way you form relationships. Determined to address the root cause,
you’ll try to remove this obstacle from your life. A chance to invest or engage
in a trade opportunity could also come your way.
SAGITTARIUS
March: You might regain a title you once held. This
could mean a job opportunity similar to a position you had before, or if you’ve
been divorced, it could signify a new marriage. You could have a child and
experience parenthood for the first time.
April: You may experience conflict within a group
you’re part of, likely because others aren’t taking responsibility or taking
action. You might adopt a new nutrition plan. You could face problems stemming
from a sedentary lifestyle. There’s also a possibility of a health issue
involving your throat or neck.
May: An unexpected health problem might land you in
the hospital, causing you to postpone travel abroad, coursework, or a planned
move. You may take short trips with your spouse. You could form a partnership
with your siblings. You might receive counseling related to communication or
mediation.
CAPRICORN
March: You may need to step in to resolve a conflict
between your siblings and your spouse. The problem could be related to personal
beliefs or a refusal to accept responsibility. You might make a fresh start in
your home or family life. News of a pregnancy could occupy your thoughts
considerably.
April: There might be a development involving a title
or status. This could concern a partnership or marriage, possibly leading to
conflict within your family. Rather than resolve the issue or seek compromise,
you might opt to stop communicating. If there is a pregnancy, you may become a
parent.
May: You may get the chance to showcase a talent or
activity you enjoy in a group setting—or you might witness someone causing
trouble for the group leaving it. A large portion of your daily routine might
revolve around writing, speaking, or collaborating with communities. You could
feel mentally drained.
AQUARIUS
March: You might choose to borrow money from multiple
people to finance an education you want to start, a trip you’re planning to
take, or a business venture your sibling intends to launch. You could have to
quit your job to make this financially demanding plan possible. Toward your
immediate circle, you may exhibit a passive-aggressive attitude.
April: Your spouse may travel for work, and the
distance between you could lead to communication problems. A family member
might oppose your plan to start a new educational program. If you’re
unemployed, you might suddenly find a new, long-term job. You could use your
talents to decorate your home.
May: You may give up a title that’s making your
spouse or family uncomfortable. You could reach the peak of your career. A
decision about marriage or divorce may come up. Something concerning your
children’s education or cognitive development could become a focus. Your spouse
might find a new job, bringing positive developments to your shared finances.
PISCES
March: You may still be unsure how to resolve
recurring issues in your relationship, as you haven’t seen the results of your
efforts yet. Because of this, you might decide to break up. You could also miss
certain opportunities if you believe you’re not a good entrepreneur.
April: By curbing your emotional spending, you can
minimize some of the fluctuations in your budget. You could finalize a lawsuit
and receive an inheritance. Your sibling may get a chance to showcase their
abilities. You might take a course to improve your own skills.
May: Thinking about moving abroad or pushing beyond
your boundaries might lead you to decide on a job change, perhaps applying to
multinational firms. Your efforts could pay off with a contract from a foreign
company, offering the opportunity to relocate overseas. Take extra care of your
cardiovascular health during this period.
