Managing your anxiety is vital for your quality of life, we all know that by now. Here I share the most effective and simple methods. You can say hello to a calmer life with only four tips.

It is no secret that many people have been experiencing increased levels of stress and anxiety in the past two years. And accordingly, we are all looking for ways to deal with it.

Even small things like having a good breakfast, reading a few pages from your favorite book, drinking a fragrant coffee, or listening to a song you love can make you feel happy.

Apart from these, I will give you four tips to include in your daily routine;

  1. Appreciate and communicate it openly:

It's great to have appreciation, to feel it, but even better to show it. When I say appreciate, I don't mean you just thinking about it or writing it down on paper. It is important to express it openly. For example, you can send a voice message, e-mail, video recording, or a message to the person you are grateful to have in your life. It will take less than 1 minute to record, express, and send your feelings, but the feeling of doing this will make both you and your partner very happy. You will see for yourself how your life changes when you do it regularly.

2. Read an inspirational quote or listen to a song that motivates you:

Most of us start the day looking at our phones. Eighty percent of us look at our phones first thing in the morning and the last thing at night before going to bed. We go to sleep and wake up with all kinds of negativity such as upsetting news or bad economy. Well, let's imagine we wake up to something inspiring. Imagine reading and seeing things that motivate you, make you feel good, help you reach your goal, or looking at a wonderful work of art, a sculpture, or a painting. Or imagine waking up to your favorite song? Change what you see in the morning.

3. Turn inward with meditation, tune in to your emotions and feelings

I know that meditating is difficult for many people. Sitting doing nothing, resting and calming the mind may seem like a complex thing at first. The best way to start is to make a timetable for meditation in your daily program. Think of it like a date with yourself. Stick to your appointment and turn it into a habit even if it just lasts 5 minutes in the beginning.

4. Choose whichever method you like, just move your body

As we all know, it is extremely important to move and sweat. Contrary to popular belief, we don't have to do this in the gym. Whether you're taking 10,000 steps on your morning walk or cleaning your house. Whether you're sweating while lifting weights or dancing at the party you have been invited to.
