WHILE SAYING GOODBYE TO 2022...

By the end of 2022, let's say yes, we got older one more year, we have lived another year.

We might have fallen into a very fast life because of the pandemic in recent years, as if everything has accelerated, even days are not like 24 hours... We always ran somewhere, we caught up, we always reserved precious time for "very valuable" people, and we tried to follow "very important" issues.

I think we got tired and exhausted... Both mentally and physically... and actually we "could not live" our life! We could not because we wore our masks that we thought were obligatory for social harmony, and we were overwhelmed by it. We copied, imitated, and bought another life on social media. We did it automatically, we were approved, appreciated, loved, recognized, respected. Maybe...

But how about YOU?

Where are you, where is your real voice and face?

Knowing yourself...

Knowing what you want, how you want to be, your real dreams...

Towards to the end of the year, shall we choose to close with that in mind? Which thoughts, feelings, people shed light to my way, felt good, opened my way...

So, can we put our old thinking patterns, prejudices, imprisonments and learned helplessness behind us and make a start that is suitable for the new year?

Can we create a new ME, a new YOU?

This year, I wish especially that the women of my hometown, who are experiencing social cultural pressure the most, stand behind their freedom, individuality, dreams, views, souls, and bodies.

I wish a year in which they can look bravely at what "they" really need, be themselves at the end of the day and know themselves.

Let's say goodbye to traditional patterns, blind criticisms, toxic relationships.

Our motto for this year will be that you know what you need, it is your responsibility that how much you are in need of something! How does it sound?

"Knowledge is knowing, knowledge is knowing yourself, if you do not know yourself, what is the use of knowledge?" Hail to Yunus Emre. Happy new year...
