Hello everyone, I am Zeynep Bulgulu Asrar, a professional music educator and musician. I will meet you in this corner with music, art, music education, instrument branch education and many different topics.

I wanted to discuss the significance of music in our lives in my debut article. Music is in many areas of our lives. It's comparable to that obnoxious voice that wakes us up in the morning or to many other things that begin with the alarm clock we select to improve our mood and set the tone for the day. In actuality, music is an existence that springs from the very core of life and not merely a song or sound that we hear through our headphones.

After the alarm wakes us up, you always continue your day listening to the radio or playing a song from your own playlist that you believe motivates you in the car you use to go to work or school. With the music's beat, especially during sporting activities, we feel more energised and can ignore our exhaustion. In some studies, it is even said that exercise done as the rhythm of music increases, increases calorie burn. In fact, some of us find ourselves in our headphones in order to officially cut off communication with the world in crowded places such as public transport. In other words, “music on world off”.

It is simply astonishing how well the music fits with such a diverse spectrum of feelings. Every minute of the day can be accompanied by a variety of genres, and there are countless melodies that can uplift you or stop time. You may require a motivating song before a crucial meeting or meeting; alternatively, you can choose soothing music before going to bed at night to help you put the day's exhaustion behind you. Even when we were babies, weren't we calming down with the powerful melodies of lullabies?

On a memorable day, when we experience joy, happiness, love, or offense, music typically captures that feeling in our brains. And when we hear that music again in another place, we return to that moment for a short time.

Most people today make their own music playlists or listen to suggestions from other people they enjoy. I will recommend several classical music genres for you to choose from in accordance with the various moods of the day. Some of these songs are also suitable for use as background music while your child is playing or getting ready for bed. I wish you pleasant listening.
