Today, hair loss is a big problem for everyone. Genetic factors are among the main causes of hair loss. Apart from genetic factors, smoking, stress, irregular sleep, nutrition, deficiencies, hormonal disorders also affect it.

Today, medical hair treatments are frequently preferred by both men and women. In hair treatments, it is aimed to strengthen the hair follicles and gain resistance against the factors that cause hair loss. Hair treatments are determined by creating a personalized program after the hair analysis and check-up is performed by the specialist physician according to the patient's complaint.

Vitamin and mineral deficiencies required for hair are determined and reinforced after laboratory tests are evaluated. Apart from this, PRP, Hair Mesotherapy, Bioactive hair treatments, autologous stem cell treatments and laser treatment are non-surgical hair treatments.

PRP (platelet rich plasma )

PRP is the re-administration of the healing and growth factors from the thrombocyte to the person following the centrifugation of a small amount of blood taken from them with special kits in the thrombocyte. The main task of platelets; to stop the bleeding and start the healing when the vascular integrity is broken. It contains many growth factors and cytokines in platelets. Because of these properties, platelets allow wounds to heal. Fibrin networks formed in the skin after the application also work with stem cells indirectly by integrating the stem cells in the environment into their structure. Therefore, when PRP treatment rich in platelet cells is made on the skin and scalp, the repair and regeneration process in the skin and hair is triggered thanks to the endothelial growth factor, vascular endothelial growth factor, platelet-derived growth factor, and fibroblast growth factors.

Hair Mesotherapy:

It is the process of applying the substances that the hair needs to be strong and healthy, directly to the scalp. Hair mesotherapy also provides support for dormant hair follicles to pass into the growth phase. Hair loss is a problem that can affect everyone, male or female. The most common androgenic (male) type of hair loss is mesotherapy, and it is one of the important tools we have in combating hair loss.

In order for the hair mesotherapy application to be effective; it is necessary to make injections that go down to the “dermal papilla and matrix” in the hair follicle, which has an important role in hair formation. In other words, during hair mesotherapy; missing minerals, vitamins and substances that increase blood circulation should be injected into the middle layer of the scalp at the right depth.

However, with the correct depth of hair mesotherapy, the dermal papilla and matrix of the hair follicle get the vitamin and mineral support they need, and thus the hair follicles become stronger, the hair loss stops, and the hair strands become thicker.

Biologically Active Molecule

Biologically active molecular serum, known as hair vaccine, contains 150 types of proteins that are biologically compatible with the human body. TGFbeta-1, VEGF, HGF, KGF, PDGF, bFGF, Type I collagen, Fibronectin are the most important among them. These growth factors enable the dormant stem cells in the hairy area to activate and restore themselves. As a result, by promoting hair growth, it provides more vibrant, healthier hair and new hair formation, and has an anti-shedding effect. It is a painless procedure that takes about 20 minutes with the help of short-term local anesthesia and it is applied similar to micro-needling and other mesotherapy methods. It does not affect your daily life.

Autologous Hair Stem Cell Transfer

Autologous hair stem cell transfer is a treatment method used to combat androgenetic alopecia and other hair loss problems. The application is a single session. In treatment, the patients are injected with a suspension of their own (autologous) cells. Injected stem cells provide an increase in the number of progenitor (precursor) cells through mitosis in the application area, thus renewing body tissues. Scientific studies have proven the effectiveness of stem cell therapy.

3 pieces of skin containing hair follicles with a diameter of 2.5 mm are taken from behind the ear and divided into particles smaller than 50 microns. Hair stem cells, which are converted into a solution, are injected into the flaking scalp areas. It takes 2-3 months to see the results of the application. Combining it with other treatments increases the effectiveness of the treatment.

Vascular Stromal Fraction

With the application of vascular stromal fraction, some fat taken from the person's own tissue is centrifuged, and the multipotent stem cells in the adipose tissue provide better blood supply to that tissue by providing new vessel formation and repair of existing vessels in the applied tissue. When applied to the scalp, it not only increases blood supply but also accelerates the growth phase (anagen) of the hair follicle with the help of various growth factors, structural proteins and intermediary molecules we call cytokine and slows down the transition to the destruction phase called the telogen phase. It is a procedure performed with local anesthesia for 3-4 hours.

LLLT (low lazer light therapy)

Laser hair treatment is a treatment method applied to increase circulation, thicken thinning hair, stop hair loss and help new hair growth. Hair laser application is a convenient and comfortable method. There is no harm in returning to daily life after the treatment.

Laser application, laser beams penetrating under the skin with other treatments; by stimulating inactive hair follicles and accelerating blood circulation, it helps new hair follicle development and thickening of thinned hair.It is a 20 minutes application. It does not affect the daily life. At least 3-4 sessions are required.
