People often have goals in their lives, things they want, goals they want to achieve and realize. It is pretty easy to see this when we look back on our own lives. But perhaps most of the time, we do not find it easy to realize these desires and plans. We may encounter obstacles and slopes on the way to our goals. Since we are also emotional beings, we may fall into a state of rebellion and perhaps give up on our desired destination.

Since we can overcome these situations by creating a robust psychological attitude and the necessary motivation within ourselves, there is another way I would like to talk about in this article: the Law of Resonance.

What this Law of Resonance is, I would like to explain to you first. To define it: This law allows us to understand how everything in the universe communicates with each other through vibrations. The word resonance means echo, reverberation, and vibration. In other words, we send signals and reactions around us using the energy in our hearts or the power of our thoughts. When these signals, the energies we send out, and the energy of our desires match, we can realize our desires. In fact, we can apply this method in our daily lives without being aware of it, even though it may sound like a new concept when we first hear it. Pay attention to the saying, "believing is half the battle." You may have heard clichés like "If you want something badly enough, it will happen." This approach can be an example of the law of resonance of mindsets.

So how can we apply this law in our daily lives? In summary, according to resonance, our good or bad thoughts and beliefs will find us at some point in our lives. For example, if you constantly tell yourself, "I am going to fail; it's not going to happen," then it is inevitable that you will fail. If you tell yourself, "I am going to be alone for the rest of my life," then you will be alone. In other words, the conclusion we must draw from this is that if we want something, we must condition ourselves as if it will occur and believe wholeheartedly in the scenario in which it does happen. For example, if there is a job we aspire to or a school we want to win, we can put ourselves in the same environment and imagine ourselves there. And most importantly, we have to convince ourselves that our wish will come true. In this case, perhaps the task's most crucial part is paying attention to what is going through our minds and hearts. After all, our thoughts and beliefs shape our lives to a great extent.

As everyone knows, our country has also had a tough month of February as we have just entered 2023. Even though we cannot forget this exhausting, grueling, and sad time, we should learn from these events and hope that everything can be better going forward.
